## **Old way:** How most people tackle information overload needs to be fixed.

Most people try to use ChatGPT to summarize content. However, it cannot digest documents or PDFs, is limited in the amount of text you can add to a prompt, and doesn't allow easy understanding of many sources simultaneously.

Some are trying to create more time to spend understanding the firehose of new trend information. However, the amount of time we have will never grow, while the rate of content creation will continue to accelerate.

This tool will enable you to get perspective from various sources on 1 topic, from credible sources that publish research PDFs.

 

## **Step-by-Step:** Summarize trends from newsletters and reports.

### **Step 1: Pick 1 industry trend relevant to 1 client**

Make it actionable. Pick a trend you need to learn more about for a meeting you're going to have in the next 2 weeks.

 

### **Step 2: Subscribe to industry trend newsletters**

Sign up for 5 - 10 industry newsletters, reports, analyst distributions, company blogs, research organizations, and university research teams.

 

### **Step 3: Download industry reports from repositories**

Find reports from data repositories like eMarketer, Statista, ComScore, and Gartner and download long PDFs.

Add up to 20 of these reports, newsletters, and PDFs into 1 Notebook. Prioritize the longer ones. Combine several into longer reports since the length of each is more flexible than exceeding the 20-document limit (at least for now).
