FAQs

Is this a live session or recording? In-person or online only?

This is a live session that will be 100% online. You'll join the workshop through a Zoom-like, interactive video chat. There isn't any in-person option to allow people from around the world to participate. 

The session will be recorded and sent to everyone who registered within 24 hours after the workshop.

What if I'm not available during the live session time slot?

No problem at all! You'll still be able to watch the recording at your own pace, whenever you'd like to, as many times as you'd like. You'll still have full access to all of the workshop resources and materials. 

Will you offer this workshop again in the future?

Is this still worth taking if I'm not in sales?

Yes! Although the examples and some resources are focused on sales, many of the things in the course can be applied to other types of jobs and tasks outside of sales.

Think of it as if you're learning how to use Google Sheets to help with sales. Once you learn Google Sheets well, you'll be able to apply it to many more things. 

What tools, access, and prerequisites do I need?

You will need a computer, an internet connection to view the workshop. If you'd like to speak and participate in it, your computer will need a microphone to speak and a camera to be seen by the other participants. 

I recommend joining from a quiet environment to be able to hear, focus, and get the most from it.

Everything else will be provided for you in the course.
